To Breach or not to Breach...

That is the question. The anticipation of the Red Chute Levee is crazy. It is bound to happen anytime, as if the tornado wasn't enough. So, we wait to hear when it finally breaks and floods much of Bossier Parish. I don't know what effect it will have on us in North Bossier, but Jeremy did just let me know we are under a flash flood WARNING. It will effect the Willow Chute Bayou, which is about 500 feet from my house. So, do I put up all my important things where they cant get wet, or do I just wait it out? Another question, will there or wont there be school?
The weekend after the storm has been crazy. Yesterday and today have been beautiful.
Halloween was wonderful. We took Jake to a hayride at his friends house and he had a blast. Hanging out with friends and family, could it be better? He called his Nana and personally invited her to come to the hayride....she had fun too!!
After the hayride, we picked up Grayce, Sarah and Ryan are deputies for the Sheriff's dept. so they are having to put in extra hours during the ever so lovely "waiting game!"
As of right now, they have rescheduled Legacy's Light Night for tomorrow, but again, we have to see what the levee is going to do. I so want to post pictures of our classroom display, but not yet....well I am going to finish getting caught up on everything while I can, just in case I have to make a run for it too!! Hope this finds everyone well...love to you all...

Sincerely Yours,

When the levee breaks, mama you got to move.
